1. No Refund Policy

AW Electronics maintains a strict no-refund policy. Once an order is placed and payment is made, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. This includes but is not limited to:

• Change of mind or buyer's remorse
• Product not meeting expectations
• Incompatibility with existing systems or equipment
• Delay in delivery
• Any other reason whatsoever

By placing an order with AW Electronics, you explicitly acknowledge and agree that you are not entitled to any refund.

2. No Return Policy

We do not accept returns of any products. All sales are final. Once a product has been dispatched from our premises, it cannot be returned to us. We strictly adhere to a "no return" policy across all products, categories, and order values.

It is the sole responsibility of the buyer to:

• Verify product specifications, model numbers, and compatibility before placing an order
• Ensure that the products ordered meet their business requirements
• Confirm pricing, quantities, and availability prior to payment

3. No Replacement Policy

AW Electronics does not offer replacements for any products sold. Regardless of the condition, defect, or issue with the product, no replacement will be provided. All products are sold on an "as is" basis, and it is the buyer's responsibility to conduct due diligence before purchase.

4. No Warranty

All products are sold without any warranty, guarantee, or after-sales service commitment. AW Electronics explicitly disclaims any and all warranties, whether express or implied, including:

• Warranties of merchantability
• Warranties of fitness for a particular purpose
• Any warranty arising from course of dealing or usage of trade

No employee, agent, or representative of AW Electronics has the authority to make any warranty regarding any product sold.

5. Pre-Purchase Due Diligence

Given the strict no-refund, no-return, no-replacement, and no-warranty policy, we strongly encourage all buyers to:

• Carefully review product descriptions, specifications, and images

Our team is available to answer any questions you may have prior to making a purchase. Once an order is placed and payment is received, no adjustments, cancellations, or reversals can be made.

6. Order Cancellation

Orders cannot be cancelled once payment has been received and processing has begun. If a cancellation request is made before processing begins, it may be considered at our sole discretion, and any refund would be subject to an administration fee. However, we strongly advise all buyers to be certain before placing an order, as we generally do not accommodate cancellations.

7. Damaged or Defective Products

AW Electronics does not accept responsibility for products that are damaged during transit or that may be defective upon arrival. As a wholesale distributor, we sell products in their received condition, and no claims for damage or defects will be entertained. Buyers are encouraged to inspect products at the time of delivery and address any concerns directly with the courier service (Trax Courier) if visible damage is observed.

8. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from or relating to this Refund and Return Policy shall be resolved through mutual negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Lahore, Pakistan.
