Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Partner

All orders placed with AW Electronics are shipped exclusively through Trax Courier. We have partnered with Trax Courier to ensure reliable and timely delivery of your wholesale orders across Pakistan.

2. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. The shipping cost will be calculated based on the total weight of the order and the delivery destination. Shipping charges are not included in the product price and will be communicated to you at the time of order confirmation.

No free shipping offers or discounts on shipping charges are applicable.

3. Delivery Timeframe

Estimated delivery time is 2–5 business days from the date of dispatch. Delivery times may vary depending on:

• The delivery location within Pakistan
• Order volume and processing time
• Courier service operational factors
• Weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances

Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. AW Electronics shall not be held liable for any delays caused by the courier service or external factors beyond our control.

4. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Processing includes order verification, product picking, packaging, and handover to Trax Courier. You will be notified once your order has been dispatched along with the tracking details.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment through the Trax Courier tracking system.

6. Shipping Address

It is the buyer's responsibility to provide a correct and complete shipping address at the time of order placement. AW Electronics is not responsible for:

• Deliveries made to incorrect addresses provided by the buyer
• Packages lost due to incomplete or inaccurate address details
• Additional charges incurred for re-delivery due to address errors

If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate the change if the order has not yet been dispatched.

7. Delivery Confirmation

Upon delivery, it is the buyer's responsibility to inspect the package for any visible damage before accepting it. Any concerns regarding the condition of the package should be raised directly with the Trax Courier representative at the time of delivery.

8. Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal to accept, the buyer will be responsible for any return shipping charges and re-shipping charges. No refunds will be issued for undeliverable packages.

9. Shipping Restrictions

AW Electronics ships exclusively within Pakistan. We do not process or ship orders to international destinations. All orders must have a valid delivery address within Pakistan.
