1. Introduction

Welcome to AW Electronics. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of products from us. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.

AW Electronics is a wholesale-only electronics supplier based in Lahore, Pakistan. Our services are exclusively intended for dealers, retailers, and resellers. By engaging with us, you confirm that you are a business entity or an individual purchasing for business resale purposes.

2. Business Relationship

AW Electronics operates exclusively on a B2B (Business-to-Business) wholesale model. We do not sell to individual retail consumers. All customers must be:

• Registered businesses, retailers, or resellers
• Purchasing products for the purpose of resale
• Operating within the territory of Pakistan

We reserve the right to verify business credentials and refuse service to any party that does not meet our B2B wholesale criteria.

3. Minimum Order Requirement

All orders are subject to a minimum order value of PKR 15,000. Orders below this threshold will not be processed. This minimum applies to the total order value before shipping charges.

4. Pricing and Availability

All prices listed on our website are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are exclusive of shipping charges. Product prices and availability are subject to change without prior notice. We reserve the right to modify prices, discontinue products, or update product specifications at any time.

Quoted prices are valid only at the time of quotation and may change before an order is confirmed.

5. Payment Terms

100% advance payment is required before any order is processed or dispatched. We accept the following payment methods:

• Bank transfer / Online transfer
• JazzCash / Easypaisa
• Other methods as mutually agreed

Orders will only be confirmed upon receipt of full payment. No credit terms, COD (Cash on Delivery), or partial payments are accepted.

6. Order Processing

Orders are processed after payment confirmation. Processing time may vary depending on product availability and order volume. We will notify you once your order is ready for dispatch.

7. Shipping and Delivery

All orders are shipped through Trax Courier. Shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer and will be calculated based on the order weight and destination.

Estimated delivery time is 2–5 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on the delivery location within Pakistan. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier service, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.

8. No Refund, No Return, No Replacement Policy

All sales are final. AW Electronics operates under a strict no-refund, no-return, and no-replacement policy. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that:

• No refunds will be issued under any circumstances
• No returns will be accepted
• No replacements will be provided
• No product warranty is offered or implied

It is the buyer's responsibility to verify product specifications, compatibility, and suitability before placing an order.

9. No Warranty

All products are sold "as is" without any warranty, express or implied. AW Electronics does not provide any manufacturer or seller warranty on any products. We expressly disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to:

• Implied warranties of merchantability
• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Non-infringement

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law in Pakistan, AW Electronics and its owner, Aqib Waheed, shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to:

• The use or inability to use our products or website
• Any errors or omissions in product descriptions or pricing
• Delivery delays or failure to deliver
• Any loss of profits, business, or data

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your purchase shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the product in question.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AW Electronics, its owner, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of our website, violation of these terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Lahore, Pakistan.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes are effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
